Description/Explanation:
I have the smallest size house in our neighborhood (approx. 1300 ft2)
and I would like to add an addition as shown in the attached drawings.
The addition would be a 19 foot extension (600 ft2) on to the end of the
house using the same architecture and roof line as the existing house.
The addition is an expansion of the master bedroom and living room;
therefore, there are no plumbing or sewer issues. I currently have a
rather large back yard and even with this addition I will still have a
descent size yard. Due to fences and trees the area of the house where
the addition would be is not visible from the street or by my neighbors.
My only neighbor within a 50' radius has reviewed and given their
approval as shown on the Hillside Patio Homes Association
Architectural Approval form.
