NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR AN INCIDENTAL OUTDOOR DINING PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that an Incidental Outdoor Dining Permit has been applied for to allow for
a 256 square foot outdoor dining area (approximate dimensions), adjacent to the “Pick Up Stix”
restaurant located at 7750 Rancho Santa Fe Road.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of an
Incidental Outdoor Dining Permit is an administrative action requiring no fiuther noticing. If
