The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions to the approving resolution/letter: 1 . Prior to the issuance of building permits, the applicant shall pay the required sewer connection fee based on the Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDU's) generated by the outdoor seating.
