HomeMy WebLinkAboutAP 76-01; Carltas; Agricultural Preserves (AP) (2)NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Re: Zone Change and Creation of an Agricultural Preserve NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a Public Heartig on Wednes- day, January 28, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California to consider a Zone Change (ZC-172) and Creation of an Agricultural Preserve (AP 76-1) to: Change the zone from R-A-10 to E-A (Exclusive Agri- culture) and establish an Agricultural Preserve according to City Council Resolution No. 3810 and the Williamson Act; on property generally located North of Palqmar Airport Road and East of Lowder Lane,.and more particularly described as: A portion of Lot F, G, and H of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 823 on file in the Office of the County Recorder of said County lying Northerly of Road Survey No. 1534 (Palomar Airport Road) on file in the Office of the County Engineer of said County.
