10. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (IF APPLICABLE)
This approved permit serves as the required redevelopment and coastal development permits for
the subject project; it also represents approval of an amendment to RP/CUP 88-6(a) and CDP96-01
The project shall be completed according to, and be consistent with, the plans approved by the
Housing and Redevelopment Director on the date noted above. The approved plans have been
stamped by the Housing and Redevelopment Director and indicate the revision date of 9/9/96.
The applicant shall obtain all appropriate building permits to relocate the subject freezer unit and
construct the approved storage area prior to beginning construction on the project.
