HomeMy WebLinkAboutARP 96-09; Kentucky Fried Chicken; Redevelopment Permits (RP) (6)Citv of Carlsbad Housing & Redevelopment Department CITY OF CARLSBAD NOTICE OF INTENDED ACTION RELOCATION OF FREEZER UNIT 745 CARLSBAD VILLAGE DRIVE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Housing and Redevelopment Director of the City of Carlsbad intends to APPROVE an Administrative Redevelopment Permit (ARP 96-09) for relocation of an existing freezer unit from the parking lot to the rear of the existing Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant located at 745 Carlsbad Village Drive. The property is located on the southeast corner of Carlsbad Village Drive and Madison Street. Street. The project consists of the relocation of an existing freezer unit (approximately 67 square feet) from the parking lot to the rear of the existing building with the addition of approximately 86 square feet of storage space. The freezer unit and storage space will be finished with stucco to match the existing KFC building. Those persons wishing to speak on the proposed project and intended action by the Housing and Redevelopment Director are cordially invited to submit written comments or contact the Housing and Redevelopment Department by 5:00pm on Friday, January 3, 1997. If you have comments on the proposed project and intended action, please contact Debbie Fountain or Leilani Hines in the Housing and Redevelopment Department at 434-2811. You may also provide your comments in writing to the Housing and Redevelopment Department at 2965 Roosevelt Street, Suite Carlsbad, Ca. 92008. NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that the Planning Department has determined that the environmental effects of the project described above are categorically exempt under CEQA, Section 15301, Class 1, as a minor alteration of a private structure involving a negligible expansion of use.
