We have been in residence at the above address since June, 1986. We are
property owners and are hoping to upgrade our immediate community in any way that
we can. We are extremely proud and happy to be home-owners in Carlsbad.
Any administrative approval for the purpose of parking a recreation vehicle in the
visible front portion of any property does not meet with our approval. Both my wife and
I feel that the lessening of these or any other regulations would not be in the best interest
of the neighborhood. We oppose the granting of this approval.
