SUBJECT: ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE - INFORMATION REQUESTED
Please find enclosed the information requested in your letter dated June 12,2002. I
apologize for the delay in getting this information to you. Putting it all together,
especially the radius map, proved to be quite laborious. The required 300-foot radius
involved four different County Assessor Track Maps. Using these four track maps I have
included a composite map, which I assembled, as well as the separate track maps for
reference. Since three of the maps provided me by the Assessor Office were in a scale of
1”=100’ I maintained this scale in the composite map. I hope City staff finds the enclosed
information complete and sufficient to meet the City’s needs.
May this letter also serve to certifl that, as of the date of this letter, the information
provided represents the latest equalized assessment rolls from the San Diego County
Assessor’s Office.
I appreciate you assistance with my application for an Administrative Variance to permit
the parking of my RV in the front yard set back. If you require additional information or
