AND CONDOMINUIM COVERSION
Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a side yard
setback of 3-feet on existing structure and a condominium conversion to allow an existing
townhouse to convert to ownership on property located at 2426 - 2428 Terrejon Place, Carlsbad,
California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 225 of La Costa South, unit No. 3 in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according map thereof
No. 6533 filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, November 3, 1969
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance and condominium conversion or wish
to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance and condominium conversion,
please notify the Planning Department, 1635 Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, California 92008, in
