Notice is hereby given that an dxninistrative variance has been applied for to reduce the frontyard setback by 2' and the sideyards by 6.75' and 2'
respectively to allow for the aonstruction af a sinqle family hcnne on property generally located at 2450 Tuttle Street, Carlsbad, California, and
more particularly described as:
