An undivided 1/16 interest in I;ot 1 of CT 73-30 of Map 7961 filed June
12, 1974.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attelld the public hearing. If you have any questions please call the Planning Department at 438-5591.
If you &allenge the Administrative Variance in court, you may be limited to
raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the plblic hearing.
