To. Whom this may concern;
Jeff Timpson has contacted me and has explained that the
building located at 4539 Cove Drive has encroached one foot eight
inches into the front setback. He has also indicated that he has
applied for an administrative variance wfth the City of Carlsbad
and that a letter from me would be beneficial in the granting of that
two foot front setback variance.
I have no objection to the variance and recommend that the city
