It had come to my attention that a. hearing on the sbove referenced subject has been set (Vickery-- Request for Varia.nce). I heve not been notified per Administrative Veriance proced.ure 21.51.040 (a), bht do -have soae input of relevance to the matter. I hereby request to be heard at the meeting.

Also in Fer.4-(b), the Vickerys state thet they were uneware of the' problem until the house we's built. I recorded the proeress'of their building tit the atart, es they were using ny weter and electricity.
On September 28, 1985 , the foundation trenches hcd been dug 2nd Harold Viclrery wes working on the copper plumbing. No concrete hEd been poured. I questioned the setback on the fireplsce trench e feet from my property line. However, I believe the Flanning Cozmission he.& e. leg~l cption granted to it by Chspter 21.51.010 Esr. 3 of the k-V code. Tha.t option is. to gi-ant the vzric.nce on the condition tht, within ii definite time fmm, the fence be reloce.ted properly to the Vickery property .
