Variance request was reviewed by Brian Hunter. He instructed me to proceed with the varianc request. When I completed the application and submitted the variance request to Michael Holzmiller, he determined that a variance was not the subject of the request. He determined that an encroachment permit was the proper xne thod .
I4rs. Clarkson was advised to proceed with the fence.
The $100 fee collected for the variance will not be refunde The encroachment permit would be in the area of $50 to $100
