In line with Mr. Holtzmiller's determination, we are requesting an encroachrent permit. Please apply the $100 fee we paid for the variance -d.s the encroacmt permit. Please send us a copy of the encroachent permit when the process is qlete, as we need to have a oopy of it b go with OUII property records. If you need any additional information, please let us know as soon as possible. We thank you very kidly in advance for your time and attention to this matter.
