SUBJECT: Administrative Variance 86-18
Realignment of fence onto City owned property
In your letter of December 11, 1986, you requested
a copy of the encroachment permit for the above variance. The request for an encroachment permit
was referred to the Engineering Department who in
turn contacted the City Attorney's office. The
City Attorney has advised us that to legally fence
in this property you would have to apply for a
General Plan Amendment to the Parks and Recreation Element.
Should you decide to pursue a General Plan Amendment
I have enclosed an application.
