Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a six foot wall within the required front yard setback area on property generally located at 1200 Chinquapin Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 4498 as recorded in
the County of San Diego on February 26, 1976
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or
wish to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested
variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas
Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of
