Dear Mike,
I'm in receipt of your letter (dated 4/24/90). The original variance submittal had the radius maps, mailing labels and check for postage as requested in the submittal guidelines in case the variance was not handled administratively. Please check your
files for these. It is my understanding that the administrative
variance does not go to public hearing and that notification to
public was not required, though I'm not fully aware of the exact
process. I've returned your signed request with the
understanding that Sudberry Properties Inc,, Carltas Company,
have given their agent, Ware & Malcomb Architects the most
current information to their knowledge.
