Because of scheduling problems to get your Administrative Variance to City Council within
the thirty day hearing period, we ask that you submit, to the City of Carlsbad, a letter
waiving the thirty day period to hearing of the appeal of the Planing Commissions
Decision. You may address the letter to myself and I will forward it appropriately.
