THE'EXTENSION OF THE SIDE DECK PROVIDES AN AREA FOR SITTING ; THE APPEARANCE OF THE UNIT AND PROVIDED US WITH ADDITIONAL
LIVING SPACE. OTHERS IN THE BEACH AREA HAVE SIMILIAR
ADDITIONS AND BY BEING DENIED THE 20" VARIANCE WE WOULD
