The undersigned property owners have been informed by the
developer, Ray Escano, that the perimeter combination retain-
allowable six feet maximum per the City's Building Code, and inglscreen wall on the subject development was built over the

We don't feel that this creates any hardship on the
adjacent property owners, in fact we would venture to say that the wall is an asset to our property by replacing the old wood fence that had been there for years.
Xle understand that the City will have to issue a variance
in order for the fence to remain "as built", we want to go on
record in full support of such a variance.
