RE: ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE 91-12
Dear Mr. Hill:
This letter is in regards to the Administrative Variance that you submitted on
October 25, 1991, for an eight foot retaining wall and reduced sideyard setback on the
property located at 3317 Cadencia Street. The project has been deemed incomplete
since November 8, 1991. A letter was sent to you regarding the items required to make
the application complete. On April 25, 1992, the application will have been on file for six
months and at this time I will withdraw the application and return the matter to the Code
Enforcement Department.
