PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: An inspection of the above referenced address was performed and
determined to be in violation of the City of Carlsbad Municipal Code.
The inspection revealed that those items described and listed below do not conform to City Codes and
require corrective action.
CMC Section: 18.04.010; Construction without permits.
21.10.040; Insufficient side yard setback.
Remedies: 1) Remove Structure or 2) Submit plans, receive approval and have inspections.
A second inspection will be conducted on A- in order to assure compliance. Should there
be a failure to comply, the City has the authority to initiate criminal action and/or commence with an
administrative abatement action. ALL COST INCURRED BY SUCH ACTION, PLUS
ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND A POSSIBLE REINSPECTION FEE FOR EVERY INSPECTION
AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE PROPERTY AND
BECOME A LIEN THEREON.
