Dear Mr. Wright:
The following list includes issues or items which must be provided on the plans you are
currently revising for the above application. These revisions should be included on the
plans for the administrative variance application as well as the hillside development permit
application. I will notify you should any other issues arise during further review of the
project.

The 5 foot shoulder shown on the City's improvement plans for the Adams Street
alignment study must be shown on the site plan. The toe of the slope cannot
encroach into this shoulder.
On the site plan, indicate the height of the pilasters located at the rear entrance way
and show the outline of the roof overhang.
The patio/deck located at the front of the house needs to be recessed further from
.the top of slope. The patio design outlined in black ink as illustrated on the "Access
grading study", on file with the City, is an acceptable design.
As stated under issue number 3 on the letter sent to you November 8, 1993, the
combined wall height at the rear and side property lines cannot exceed 6 feet in
height. Please revise plans accordingly.
Show driveway grades on exhibit to verify with City standards.
