Pursuant to his request and response to PLANNING/ENGINEERING, we respectfully submit the following: 1. Enclosed herein, please find a copy of the 300' radius map, Owners List, and two (2) sets of Mailing labels, Additionally, enclosed herein, please find a check in the amount of $ #f.% for postage. Regarding your requested PLANNING "Issues of Concern", we have made the following changes to the General Notes (Summary Table) on the Tentative Parcel Map: - Add General Plan Designation: Residential High (RH) - Removed the 20 UPA shown with the existing zoning - Added Proposed Density: 14.6 Dwelling Units/Acre - Labeled the location of Agua Hedionda Lagoon relative to the project - Added Minor Subdivision No. MS 95-04/CP 9502 - Added the project ADT .
