Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to reduce the rear
yard setback to allow a 280 square foot patio cover to be built to the rear property line on
property generally located at 4780 Bryce Circle, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly
described as:
Lot 25 in Tract map 88-1, Laguna Shores, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
No. 12485, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, October 27*, 1989.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days ,of the date of this notice. If you have any
