Plans) and to the new proposed drawings (JDR Jackson Design and Remodeling), we have
listed the differences below. Plans will also be included with this document.

Addition
-New design is keeping more of the existing walls than the previous design. There will
not be an addition to the entrance of the house nor to back North West room to the
house, labeled Michael's Room (2017 Plans).
Entrance addition has been removed from proposed plans.
-Workshop addition same square footage in both plans
-Addition to the Master Bedroom closet and bathroom as changed. The proposed design
shows less impact to the existing home.
-The addition to the Bedroom 1 (JDR Plans) has changed. The new design shows less
square footage added to the residence.
Renovation
-Interior renovation in the proposed plans show the spaces in the same location
-The entrance will be renovated with new door and windows.
-Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and Master closet shows a new design, see
Proposed Plans.
