CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION
1. Project Description:
a. Revised existing design (construction documents) of project in order to
mitigate large trade cost increases and to keep project economically viable.
Revisions are outlined as follows:
i. Rowhomes:
1. Revised all flats roofs to be 2:12 in order to remove all TPO roof
systems.
2. Replaced all metal standing seam roofs with asphalt shingle
roof systems.
3. Removed 3rd floor deck from Plans 3 and 1.
4. Narrowed several window systems throughout elevations.
5. Removed / simplified control joints throughout elevations.
6. Replaced brick veneer with plaster in some locations on
elevations.
7. Replaced metal railing with plaster.
8. Removed plaster framing projections below floor at garage
level.
9. Simplified window systems (replaced 2 with 1 window at rear for
example).
10. Removed plaster grid system at rear elevation.
11 . Replaced brick arch with flat soffit at B elevations typical.
12. Replaced arched plaster detail at B elevations with flat foam trim
detail.
13. Removed all decorative mullions throughout.

4. Replaced board and ball siding with wood siding in some areas.
5. Simplified window systems (replaced 3 with 2 and made some
narrower).
6. Replaced brick veneer with plaster in some areas.
7. Removed popout at first floor dwelling unit (near patio).
8. Removed all decorative mullions throughout.
9. Removed / simplified control joints throughout elevations.
10. Removed windows at stair 1 core.
