We have addressed the Plan Reviewer's comments to the Consistency Determination
Design Review set CD2018-0021.
1. On Title Sheet (sheet 1 of 14) see notes added to Site Plan clarifying where
"2-story without roof deck option" occur, and where "3-story w/ roof deck"
occur.
2. On Title Sheet (sheet 1 of 14) see updated Project Data.
• Project Description: added note, "Footprints remain unchanged at
plans 1 and 2. Plan 3 footprint reduced in size."
• Number of Units: tabulation has been revised to include number of
3-Story units as well as showing number of 2-story units.
• Added note, "For addresses, Master Plan number, and APN
numbers see attached." (Please see spreadsheet attached to this
letter).
3. On Title Sheet (sheet 1 of 14) see Sheet Index. Each section (Plan 1, Plan 2,
Plan 3) has added text stating: "No roof deck options" for clarification.
4. The text "CD 2018-0021" has been added to each sheet in the Title Bar, under
Project Title. The text "CD2018-0021 (Related: CT: 16-05)" has been added to
the top right corner of each sheet.
5. Plans and Elevations (sheets 2 through 13 [of 14]) do not include a roof deck
option because option is not available for 2-story plans, note added to sheets.
6. On Sheet 14 of 14, see Site Plan.
• The text, "Existing 3-Story (w/ roof deck) Model Units to Remain -
3 Units" has been added beside dashed pink line that identifies
three model homes.
