Consistency Determination:
Description of proposed revision:
In order to take advantage of an un-realized view, we propose to
rotate and mirror (flip) the previously approved Floor Plan of Lot 8. In
doing so, the driveway access will move from 'Highland Drive' to
'Private Drive A' resulting in some minor hardscape revisions and a
slight shift in the two parallel parking spaces on Private Drive A. In
order to maintain the Highland Drive orientation of the entry door, 57
s.f. of the Covered Porch will become Foyer.
