LOCATION: This project is within the City of Carlsbad's Coastal Zone located at the southwest corner of Surfside Lane and Island Way within the La Costa Downs subdivision (SP 201) within Local Facilities Management Zone 22. The project will be described and a staff recommendation given, followed by public testimony, questions and a decision. Copies of the staff report will be available on or after July 27, 2000.
