The homes range from 2,985 to 4,145 sq.ft. and measure either 22 feet or 30 feet high. There would be two 22 foot high models and one 30 foot high model. The architectural style is a mix of Spanish Colonial and Mediterranean elements. Location: South Side of Batiquitos Drive and Melodia Terrace, Carlsbad - E. Bat. Lag. (San Diego County) Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on October 31, 1997. Our office will notify you if an appeal is filed.
