Project Title: Carlsbad Ranch Lots 9 and 10 Project Locat ion : On the east side of Fleet Street between Armada Drive and LEG0 Drive Project Description: Development of four two-story buildings containing a total of 184,000 square feet for office, research and development, and warehouse use on two lots totaling 11.55 acres. Justification for this determination is on file in the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009. Comments from the public are invited.
