Grand Avenue, Suite A Escondido, CA 92025 MINOR COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT CDP 97-33 - DECISION LETTER In accordance with Section 21.201.080 of the City’s Zoning Ordinance, which regulates the processing of Minor Coastal Permits, the Planning Department is prepared to take action on permit number CDP 97-33. Proiect Descriotion: The project consists of a lot split to split one open space lot into two open space lots for maintenance responsibility purposes. Proiect Processinq: Submittal date: August 18, 1997 Complete date: September 18, 1997 Notice period: Decision date: November 20,1997 November 5 - November 20, 1997 The Planning Director hereby APPROVES CDP 97-33 based on the findings and subject to the conditions listed below: Findinas: 1. The project is consistent with the Local Coastal Program which designates the subject site for an open space lot containing no development. The proposed minor subdivision for maintenance ownership purposes complies with applicable standards and does not impact coastal resources. 2. No coastal access or recreation impacts are associated with the proposed minor subdivision. No bluff top encroachments or impacts are involved. 3. The Planning Director does hereby APPROVE the Minor Coastal Permit, CDP 97-33 for the minor subdivision project entitled “Aviara PA 30 Lot Split“. (Exhibit “A”, dated November 5, 1997, on file in the Planning Department and incorporated by this reference, subject to the conditions herein set forth. Staff is authorized and directed to make, or require the Developer to make, all corrections and modifications to the Minor Coastal Permit documents, as necessary to make them internally consistent and in conformity with the final action on the project. Development shall occur substantially as shown on the approved Exhibit. Any proposed development substantially different from this approval, shall require an amendment to this approval. 2. All conditions of approval contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 4008 (PUD 91-06(A)) are included herein by reference.
