As a follow-up to our meeting on July 28, 1999, I have enclosed a corrected HMP exhibit for the
Kelly Ranch; a copy of the Kelly Ranch subdivision map which includes the “deleted” lot 73;
and, the City actions eliminating the day care use from Planning Area “F”.
The enclosed information is intended for your files as evidence that previous issues have been
resolved and implemented. Please review the information and confirm.
