The Engineering Department has completed its review of the subject project for application
completeness. The application and plans submitted for this project are complete and suitable
for continued engineering review.
Please be advised that the applicant made a recent inquiry at the counter regarding changing
the drainage pattern for this project that would allow surface drainage to flow towards the front
of the lot to the street. The applicant was informed that the approved drainage pattern for this
area has been designed and graded to flow towards the rear of the lot, and that no changes are
allowed.
The Engineering Department has no further comments or conditions regarding this project. If
you have questions regarding any of the comments above, please contact me at extension
