Please be advised that on March 11,1998 our office received notice of local action on the
coastal development permit described below:
Local Permit #: 98-03
Applicant(s): City Of Carlsbad, Attn: Mike Bock
Description: Construction of an approximately 150 foot long and 10 foot wide left
turn lane on northbound Carlsbad Blvd. at the intersection of
Poinsettia Lane to allow U-turns at the existing intersection.
Location: Northbound Carlsbad Blvd. At Poinsettia Lane, Carlsbad (San Diego
County)
Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end
of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on March 25, 1998.
Our office will notify you if an appeal is filed.
