Subject: Architectural Committee Approval for your Plans for Lots 23 & 24
Ref : Letter dated January 8,1998
Dear Ms. Sammis:
The following comment was inadvertently omitted from the ref. letter. The use of round
prefab columns in the plans for lots 23 and 24 is not consistent with Rosalena architecture
and shall be eliminated or replaced with a square, stuccoed, revealed pillar.
