ISSUES OF CONCERN
Planning:
None
Engineering:
1. Please indicate street improvements along the frontage of this project. The standard
right of way for Sunnyhill Drive is 60’. It appears that an additional 4 or 5 feet of
dedication may be required. Refer to City Standard GS-1 and Table “A” as well as
design information for design requirements. Street lights, sidewalk, curb & gutter as
well as A.C. paving and transitions should be included.
2. Please provide for a street light on Sunnyhill Drive to comply with Table B of the City of
Carlsbad street light spacing criteria.
