Please find attached a Notice Of Restriction that needs to be signed and notarized. This is a
notice that will be recorded on the title of the property informing any future interested party that
a Coastal Development Permit has been issued for the property. After you have the signatures,
please return the document to me and I will forward it on for recordation. This notice was a
condition of approval of the Coastal Development Permit.

Vista, in the City of Carlsbad, in the County of San Diego,
State of California, according to map thereof No 2152, filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County.
Is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit No(s). CDP 98-30 issued by the City of Carlsbad
on October 7, 1998. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate
holders of the property.
