Severino, Single Family Residence - CDP 98-40 - Parcel 3, PM 16177 -APN - 207-022-53
Mr. Holzmiller:
I am the owner of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. 16177, in the City of Carlsbad adjacent to Parcel 3 owned by
Mr. Ronald Severino. Planning Commission Resolution # 4337, dated Aug 5,1998 approved a Coastal
Development Permit, CDP 98-40, for the Severino Residence.
In order to complete grading required for Mr Severino's Parcel 3, additional grading is required on my adjacent
Parcel 2. The additional grading is required to excavate & recompact an area in the westerly portion on my
property adjacent to the easterly boundary of Parcel 3 so that the side slope, brow ditch & drainage facilities
betwen Parcels 3 & 2 are constructed to City Standards. Additional grading is also required to complete
access to Parcel 2.
I have reviewed the approved Grading & Drainage Plans for Parcel 3 and the impacts on my property and
will permit the requested grading to insure that Parcel 2 is suitable for construction and is in compliance wit
s. The propsed areas for revison are shown on the attached Grading & Drainage
Plan, Dwg 368-6A
