A 141 room three story hotel with underground parking and related amenities on a 1.77 acre site. The project grading design requires 12,000 cubic yards of cut, 2,000 cubic yards of fill, and the export of 10,000 cubic yard. The City of Carlsbad has conducted an environmental review of the above described project pursuant to the Guidelines for Implementation of the Califomia Environmental Quality Act and the Environmental Protection Ordinance of the City of Carlsbad. As a result of said review, a Mitigated Negative Declaration (declaration that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment) is hereby issued for the subject project.
