Please address the comments made on the plans and return the corrected set together with the resubmitted complete set of plans as well as the red-lined set of plans. Mr. Black made a comment that the applicant may wish to ask the Carlsbad Municipal Water District to waive the requirement to use reclaimed water for irrigation due to the small size of planting areas.
