Please accept this communication as a follow up to my fax of this morning. LCWD
hereby waives the 49 day time limit for considering the appeal of the above-referenced
matter. As I mentioned on the telephone, LCWD requests that the matter be set for
hearing at the October, 1999 Commission meeting which we understand is the next
meeting scheduled for the San Diego area.
