coastal development permit described below:

Description: Construction of paved, parallel beach parking along Carlsbad Blvd.
Location: West Side Of Carlsbad Blvd., North Of The Batiquitos Lagoon Bridge,
Carlsbad (San Diego County)
Unless an appeal is filed with the Coastal Commission, the action will become final at the end
of the Commission appeal period. The appeal period will end at 5:00 PM on September 13,
1999.
