RE: Volunteer Trail Program
Dear Mr. Rideout,
Prior to funding of the Volunteer Trail Program, the California Coastal Conservancy
needs written evidence that all permits and approvals necessary for the completion of the
project have been obtained. This can be accomplished by a letter from the City FAX
copied to
Mr. Richard Retecki
California Coastal Conservancy
1330 Broadway, Suite 1100
Oakland, CA 94612
FAX: 510-286-0470
1 would also appreciate a FAX copied to myself at 603-4034.
The proposed trail has been flagged and approved by Mark Steyaert, and Doug
Duncanson. Over one hundred volunteers are anxiously waiting to begin work. As soon
as we can get approval. T will order the trail tools and the project will begin.
Sincerely,
Gary S. Hill
