NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE AND
CONDOMINIUM PERMIT FOR A TWO UNIT PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that a Condominium Permit and Administrative Variance has been
applied for to allow for a two unit condominium project with a reduced front yard setback on
property generally located along the southwest side of Cove Drive south of Park Drive in the
City of Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 13 of Shelter Cove, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map Thereof No. 5162,
filed in the office of the County recorder of San Diego County,
April 23,1963.
If you have any objections to the granting of this Condominium Permit and/or variance or wish
to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning
