Dear Van:
As discussed in our meeting of February 1, 2007, enclosed with this letter please find a 2-sheet set
of plans which provide an analysis of the proposed replacement storage area locations for units
in Buildings F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M and N.
Sheet 1 of these plans shows the proposed storage areas. As can be seen on Sheet 1, these areas
total 506.97 cu. ft. for Buildings F, G, H, I, J, K and L, and 607.96 cu. ft. of storage for Buildings M
and N. Both of these areas continue to exceed the 480.0 cu. ft. required per the P-D Ordinance.
Sheet 2 demonstrates the originally-approved storage locations for your reference.
We are hopeful that these plans adequately document the changed storage locations so that the
original storage location behind the garage can be identified as a bonus room rather than as
storage space.
