HomeMy WebLinkAboutCP 05-20; Urubumar Condominiums; Condo Permit (CP)^v City of Carlsbad Planning Department February 22, 2008 Jerome Stirnkorb 708 Glen Arbor Drive Encinitas, CA 92024 SUBJECT: CP 05-20x1/MS 05-27x1 - URUBUMAR CONDOMINIUMS The City has completed a review of the application for the extension of a two-unit condominium conversion development located at 6838 - 6840 Urubu Street (APN 215-340-23), Carlsbad California. It is the Planning Director's determination that based on the attached findings and conditions the project is consistent with the City's condominium regulations (Chapter 21.45) and with all other applicable City Ordinances and Policies. Further, the project has been found to be categorically exempt from environmental review according to Section 15301(k) of the California Environmental Quality Act and a Notice of Exemption was filed on March 23, 2006. This letter includes the previously listed findings and conditions for CP 05-20 by reference and constitutes approval of CP 05-20x1 subject to the following attached conditions. Conditions: 1. This approval is granted subject to the approval of MS 05-27x1 and is subject to all findings and conditions contained in that approval. 2. This approval shall expire upon the expiration of MS 05-27x1. 3. Unless otherwise stated herein, this condominium project shall comply with all applicable City Ordinances and requirements. 4. Unless otherwise stated herein, the findings and conditions for CP 05-20 shall be complied with in their entirety. 5. The following conditions shall supersede Conditions No. 10 and 15 as previously approved for CP 05-20. '. 10. Building permits will not be issued for this project unless the local agency providing water and sewer services to the project provides written certification to the City that adequate water service and sewer facilities, respectively, are ' : available to the project at the time of the application for the building permit, and that water and sewer capacity and facilities will continue to be available until the time of occupancy. A note to this effect shall be placed on the Final Map. 15. This project is being approved as a condominium permit for residential homeownership purposes.
