Dear Mr. Oftedal:
We have reviewed your application for CP-180 and have determined
that it is not complete.
Some of the deficiencies include:
(1) Distance between building and drive less than five
(5) feet.
(2) Drive only twelve feet-six inches (12'6"), need
twenty (20) feet.
(3) Backup for visitor parking needed.
(4) Thirty-five (35) feet height limit exceeded.
(5) Side yard setback not to requirement.
(6) Insufficient recreation area.
(7) Area for a washer/dryer not visible on plan.
(8) Irrigation plan not shown on landscape plan.
